CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Direct design/image/visual quality for Amazon Softlines Japan. Oversee art direction for development of Amazon Japan Fashion brand look codes and implementation of all online/offline customer-facing marketing executions. Oversee and continuously update and improve fashion image/style guidelines. Interface with international and domestic counterparts as well as JP Fashion Retail Teams. Interface with the Global Fashion Marketing team overseeing scalable initiatives. Creative lead on marketing strategy and execution partnering with global Amazon centralized marketing. Oversee all upper and lower level funnel initiatives. Direct all efforts on Brand Awareness and Vendor recruiting. Supervise all social channels with content- and category-specific drives to create lift and engagement. Supervise central consumer marketing drives specific to Amazon Fashion Japan on keywords, associates, browser extension, display advertising, dynamic advertising, free search, mobile preloads, paid social and social media. SPECIAL OPERATIONS Oversee cross-company execution of Pop Up projects. Creative lead, partnering with corporate PR on all sponsorships in the Japan Market, overseeing Amazon Fashion Week Tokyo collaborating with Japan Fashion Week Organization on all creative direction for collateral interior design of event spaces and OOH. Built and directed the Amazon Fashion “AT TOKYO” program. Parallel to Amazon Fashion Week, the program consists of events, an online shop and exclusive collaboration with Tokyo brands including Sacai, Undercover, Neighborhood, Ttt_Msw, Bedwind & The Heart-breakers, Blackeye Patch, Toga, House_Commune, Growing Pains, Takahiromiyashita The Soloist, Mame, and Ambush.
